About the Founder

Shoukhin Jashim is a fashion entrepreneur and creative leader with over 15 years of experience spanning luxury fashion, sustainable design, brand building, education, and fashion ecosystem development. As the Founder and Creative Director of Shoukhin Jashim & Co, she provides strategic and creative leadership to an integrated fashion enterprise operating across design, textiles, manufacturing, branding, education, and logistics.

Her work is defined by the ability to balance creative excellence with strategic discipline, building fashion systems that are ethically responsible, commercially viable, and designed for long-term scalability. She is widely recognized for her ecosystem-led approach to fashion, one that connects creativity, industry capability, and market relevance within a structured enterprise framework.

Educational Leadership

Shoukhin Jashim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design (Sustainable Fashion), completed in 2022, and a Master’s degree in Fashion Management, completed in 2025, from a reputed international institution. Her academic foundation complements her extensive industry experience, enabling her to integrate creative innovation with structured business strategy and enterprise leadership.

In 2022, Shoukhin Jashim co-founded Amethyst International of Fashion Design (AIFD) as an independent, partner-led educational venture, established outside the framework of Shoukhin Jashim & Co. The institution operated as a separate entity with independent ownership, management, and governance, and was not affiliated with or operated under Shoukhin Jashim & Co. While the platform was conceived to support industry-aligned learning and creative mentorship, it was later discontinued due to operational and management challenges beyond the scope of the parent enterprise. The experience provided valuable insights into academic governance, operational discipline, and institutional scalability.
